Eat Green DFW Southern Tour Travel south of DFW with Food Roots on Saturday July 11 for a one-day tour to three of Eat Green DFW’s selling producers. JuHa Ranch, Oak Grove Farms and Garden Harvests are each family owned and operated. They are different in size and focus and their contrast shows us the diversity of small North Texas agriculture. Learn first hand about these farmers who are dedicated to bringing sustainably grown produce, meat and dairy products to our community using organic and natural methods.

Join Food Roots for an all-inclusive tour to the Texas Fall Fest and Wine Auction in beautiful Horseshoe Bay Texas.
Cheese, Burgers and Viognier
A one-day food forage and wa;y out wine tour from Dallas through the North Texas area with visits to an organic grass-fed beef ranch that dry-ages and butchers their own meat, a dairy farm making raw cow milk cave-aged cheese with milk fresh from their own cows, and a wonderful small town winery. A lunch of grass-fed beef burgers and a Texas BBQ dinner are included.
Texas Southern Hill Country Winery Tour A guided group tour departing from the Hoffman Haus in Fredericksburg, Texas with visits to three small production Texas Hill Country wineries and a Fredericksburg producer of jam, jelly and sauces. Includes breakfast, wine tastings and lunch.
Fredericksburg Hill Country Weekend
Join Food Roots in Fredericksburg Texas for a weekend of winery tours, wine tasting and Hill Country dining. Experience and celebrate the bounty of the Texas Hill Country. This tour includes visits to three area wineries, a visit to a local food manufacturer, a private German Heritage dinner at a 1890's farmhouse and a gourmet wine pairing dinner on Saturday night.

Food Roots invites you to a weekend tour of Texas wineries in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Our destination is Marble Falls, Texas. As a group we will spend Saturday touring four Hill Country wineries with wine tastings and visits to the vineyards, wine cellars and press rooms. We will meet the wine makers and estate owners and learn about wine making in the Texas Hill Country.
