Join Food Roots for a one-day food forage and “way out” wine tour of North Texas. We will travel as a group by private bus visiting a grass-fed beef producer, a farmstead cheese maker and an award winning winery, all in the small towns and countryside southwest of Dallas and Fort Worth. We will talk to the owners and producers, hear their story and share the product of their work. Travel with us as we learn about these fascinating small Texas food producers and taste, experience and explore our Texas food roots.
